VIRTUALARMOUR ANNOUNCES NEW WEBSITE AND CORPORATE NAME CHANGE

Vancouver, B.C. – (October 25, 2016) VirtualArmour International Inc. (the “Company”) (CSE:VAI) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a corporate name change from “VirtualArmor International Inc.” to “VirtualArmour International Inc.”, reflecting the international spelling of the word “Armour”, effective October 25, 2016. In coordination with the corporate name change, the Company has launched a new website which can be seen at www.virtualarmour.com
“We have changed the name of the Company to the more common spelling of the name internationally,” said Matthew Brennan, President of VirtualArmour. “Our name now reflects the international nature of our business, emphasizing on a global scale that we are a holistic solutions provider offering end to end services in the areas of: advanced networking, cloud management and cybersecurity.”
This is the final transitional step from the original VirtualArmor, LLC into the larger international entity, and plans have been put in place to slowly transition and sunset the original entity over the next few years.
